Okay, here’s what we’re gonna do…

Since I don’t have the ability to look into the future to find out what types of bugs can possibly exist in last.tag, etc., etc., I have decided to just add categories and groups to the trackers as things began to be submitted. So. What this means is, basically, to report a bug (or submit a patch, support request, etc….), you will submit it to a special mailing list I will setup (soon, I haven’t done it yet), instead of directly to the trackers. I will then put it where it goes. So, for patches, I will create another mailing list. Support requests can use lasttag-support, and feature requests can use lasttag-dev. This will also help to clear up any lingering confusion over whether it’s preferable to ask for support on lasttag-support, or to submit a support request via the tracker. Instead, now, you can ask for support on lasttag-support, and if a developer deems it necessary, he will submit a support request for you so we can assign it to another developer. So, basically, what this all boils down to is this: The tracking systems and mailing lists are to be on hold until further notice (until I can get Mozilla Thunderbird up and running, so I can organize my inbox).

Some parts of the site aren’t quite ready yet…

Sorry folks, but the mailing lists and trackers aren’t ready yet. I haven’t actually subscribed myself to any of the mailing lists yet, as my inbox is currently swamped (I’m working on cleaning it out). The trackers don’t have groups, categories, and permissions set yet. I’ll work on getting those up and running first, since they take a higher priority.
