We generally prefer our users direct any support questions to the user support mailing list (lasttag-support@lists.sourceforge.net). We may, however, occasionally ask for you to submit a support request with the bug tracker. You should only do this if asked by a developer, or if you feel that your question would be better answered by a developer (ie. if other users on lasttag-support are unable to help you).
